SMEP ABC Accessories Aerial Bundled Cable Insulation Piercing Connector
Insulation Piercing Connectors are mainly composed of an insulating shell, a piercing blade, a waterproof rubber pad, and a torque bolt. When making a cable branch connection, insert the branch cable into the branch line cap and determine the position of the main line branch. Use a socket wrench to tighten the torque nut on the cable clamp. As the torque nut is tightened, the two insulators with piercing blades hidden on the upper and lower clamps will appear. Gradually close, at the same time, the arc-shaped sealing pad wrapped around the piercing blade gradually closes to the cable insulation layer, and the piercing blade also begins to penetrate the cable insulation layer and metal conductor.

General of insulation piercing connector(lPC)
